House rules
A short list that keeps the courts in good shape and games running on time.
1Before you play
- Arrive 10 minutes before your slot so play can start on time.
- Check in at the desk with your booking reference.
- Court time includes warm-up and pack-down — please finish promptly so the next group can start.
2Footwear & equipment
- Suitable non-marking court shoes are required. Dark soles leave marks on the playing surface.
- Loan paddles and balls are free on request, subject to availability.
- Report any damaged net, post or surface to staff rather than attempting a repair.
3Court etiquette
- Keep to your booked court. If you want to move, check with the desk first.
- Retrieve stray balls from neighbouring courts only once their point has finished.
- Open play rotates partners every game so everyone gets a turn.
- Keep music and noise at a level that does not carry to the next court.
4Safety & conduct
- No food on the courts. Water in a sealed bottle is fine.
- Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards players, staff or officials ends the session immediately with no refund.
- Play at your own risk. Tell staff about any injury or medical condition before you start.
5Cancellations & no-shows
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead to keep your slot fee.
- Changes inside 48 hours forfeit the reservation.
- Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
