Cancellation policy

Important reminders

Court fee is payable on arrival unless paid online.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot starts.
Non-marking indoor shoes are required on the indoor court.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Changes must be advised at least 48 hours before the reserved time. Requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated and the reservation is forfeited.

No-show policy

A no-show without notice forfeits the reservation. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
