Cancellation & rescheduling

You can cancel an unpaid booking yourself at any time from My Bookings, at no charge. Once a payment has been confirmed, please contact us and we will sort it out with you directly.

No-show policy

A no-show without notice forfeits the reservation. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

Refunds

Refunds are not processed on this website. If you have paid and need a refund — for example if your slot was taken by a payment confirmed before yours — please contact us and we will arrange it with you directly.
